about me

My own journey with therapy has been a process of coming home to myself - body and spirit. I've translated my experience and training into work that's rooted in the understanding that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten, and learn to listen deeply to the wisdom that lives within us.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade leading trauma-informed policy and program work in areas such as sex trafficking, gender-based violence, and childhood sexual abuse. That work taught me not only how complex and resilient people are, but also how the integration of systems, families and institutions shape our sense of safety, worth, and belonging.

In my clinical practice, I integrate my background with a somatic and intuitive approach to therapy. I help clients develop the language of their intuition so they can better recognize their needs, boundaries, and desires. Together, we work to rebuild trust in your body, and your relationships, cultivating a grounded sense of connection to self and others that supports emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.

As a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and an Associate Member of the Association of Sex Therapists of Ontario (ASTO), I follow rigorous ethical standards and will always prioritize your safety and  privacy.
